Our cottages are situated on a shared property, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the space, amenities, and guidelines that help us maintain this special lakeside retreat.

Each cottage features its own private hot tub for the enjoyment of registered guests.

We are animal lovers and understand that pets are part of the family. We are happy to welcome your furry companions, provided the following guidelines are respected.
As the pet owner, you are fully responsible for your animal’s behaviour and actions at all times.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our cottages clean, comfortable, and welcoming for all guests.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Our 11:00 a.m. checkout time is especially important. Our housekeeping team requires sufficient time to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and prepare the cottage for incoming guests.
We kindly ask that you respect this schedule unless a late checkout has been approved in advance by your hosts.

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our guests while protecting our small, family-operated vacation rental business.
Cancellations made 31 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, reservation changes, or failure to arrive during this period.
No refunds are provided for unused nights if guests choose to shorten their stay after check-in.
For reservations made through third-party booking platforms, the applicable platform terms and payment policies will also apply.

Mile 77 Cottages is a lakeside property offering access to swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boating, and other recreational water activities.
While we want every guest to enjoy these amenities, we recognize that water activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury, drowning, or death.
By booking and staying at Mile 77 Cottages, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You understand that swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boating, and the use of all watercraft and recreational water equipment involve inherent risks. These risks may include injury, accidents, drowning, or other unforeseen incidents.
You voluntarily assume responsibility for understanding and accepting these risks before participating in any water-related activity.
You accept responsibility for your own safety and for the safety and supervision of all members of your party, particularly children and individuals who may require additional assistance.
You agree to use all water equipment responsibly, follow safety instructions, and wear appropriate safety equipment, including mandatory life jackets when using our water toys.
You acknowledge that water activities and waterfront areas may present particular dangers to children who are not carefully and continuously supervised by a responsible adult.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children around the water and throughout the property.
You acknowledge that swimming and other water activities may pose additional risks to individuals with medical conditions, physical limitations, or other health concerns.
You agree not to participate in water activities while impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs, or medications that may affect your judgment, coordination, or ability to respond to an emergency.
Pregnant individuals should carefully consider the potential risks associated with water activities before participating.
You agree to use all kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, and other water equipment responsibly and to report any damage, malfunction, or safety concern to the property owners immediately.
You are responsible for lost or damaged items and for damage to property caused by you or members of your party, subject to applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless the owners of Mile 77 Cottages from claims arising from your voluntary participation in swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boating, or the use of other recreational water equipment, except where such release is prohibited by law.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks described in this waiver and voluntarily accept responsibility for yourself and the members of your party.
By completing a reservation at Mile 77 Cottages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these water safety guidelines and the terms of this waiver on behalf of yourself and all members of your party, to the extent permitted by law.
We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution, supervise children closely, and prioritize safety whenever enjoying our waterfront amenities.
At Mile 77 Cottages, we take great pride in providing a peaceful, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest. Our rules and policies are in place to protect our property, preserve the experience for everyone, and ensure the continued enjoyment of this beautiful lakeside setting.
By registering for a stay at Mile 77 Cottages, you agree to make every reasonable effort to follow our rules, policies, terms, and conditions.
If you have concerns about any of our policies or believe you may have difficulty complying with a particular requirement, please contact us before booking. We are always happy to discuss your needs and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Guests who knowingly disregard our rules or engage in behaviour that compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others may be subject to additional charges, termination of their stay, or removal from the property, as permitted by applicable law and booking platform policies.
We reserve the right to address violations appropriately and in accordance with the terms of your reservation.
